Davida Jackson is the founder and CEO of the Generational Asset Recovery Group, a company dedicated to Asset Recovery, Financial Education, and helping families create and preserve generational wealth. With over two decades of experience in manufacturing electrical engineering, Davida is renowned for her expertise and leadership in her field. She holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Kettering University.

Before taking on the role of CEO, Davida honed her skills and knowledge in the engineering sector, where she gained valuable insights and experience. Her commitment to excellence and innovation has earned her recognition and respect within the industry.

Davida has been a trailblazer, inspiring other minorities and underrepresented individuals. She is passionate about serving her community through her active involvement in the church, where she works to build spiritual wealth. Additionally, she has embraced mentorship opportunities to help instill confidence in the younger generation as they navigate their career paths. Davida's dedication to both spiritual and financial education reflects her commitment to helping others achieve holistic prosperity.

Driven by a deep sense of purpose and reflection, Davida is passionate about serving underserved communities. She is dedicated to helping these communities achieve financial stability and prosperity, providing them with the tools and education necessary to build and sustain generational wealth. Davida's commitment to helping perpetuate the success of the next generation is evident not only in her career, but also through her dedication to mentoring, educating, inspiring, and developing future generations.

Davida is also devoted to her family, being married for 11 years and raising four beautiful children.

 Matthew Jackson is the Chief Operating Officer of the Generational Asset Recovery Group, where he brings a wealth of leadership experience from various roles in the business sector with a robust background in management.  

Matthew has also collaborated with local and nonprofit leaders to help create the "Set Your House in Order Workshop." This workshop educates the community about the importance of completing essential estate documents, such as wills and power of attorney, to create estate plans that prepare the next generation.

A graduate of Mott College with a degree in Business, Matthew is also a dynamic communicator who balances his professional life with his passion for golf, which he finds both competitive and relaxing. In addition to his many accomplishments, he remains a lifelong learner, always seeking new knowledge and experiences.

Matthew is also a devoted husband and father of 2 children, continuing to be a role model for his family and local communities.
